Plain-English Summary

This Vault teaches concepts and provides tools for educational purposes. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and using the Vault does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Examples, templates, and results shared by members are illustrative only—no outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for how you use the information and for complying with applicable laws.

No Attorney-Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Accessing or using the Vault, contacting us, or receiving responses from us does not create an attorney-client, advisor, or fiduciary relationship. Submitting questions through support channels or live sessions is not a request for legal services, and our responses are not legal advice.

Not a Credit-Repair Organization or Consumer Reporting Agency

Tradeline Authority is an education platform. We are not a credit-repair organization, debt collector, lender, law firm, or consumer reporting agency (CRA). We do not prepare, file, or transmit disputes on your behalf and we do not make credit decisions. Any sample letters or workflows are examples for you to adapt under your own responsibility and compliance program.

Tools, Templates & Examples

  • Templates are starting points. Always review for accuracy, legality, and fit for your facts.
  • Automation & calculators depend on your inputs. Double-check figures, logic, and outputs before acting.
  • Case studies, testimonials, and “wins” are not guarantees of future results. Outcomes vary widely.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal data (e.g., full SSNs, full account numbers) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards in place.

External Services & Links

Purchases are currently processed by Gumroad. Payment information is collected and handled by Gumroad; we do not store full card numbers. We sometimes link to external sites (e.g., government resources, bureaus, mail or PDF tools). Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links open in a new tab. When you return to the Vault after visiting an external page, your session may have expired and you may need to sign in again.

From time to time, we may provide affiliate links or referrals. We will disclose such relationships where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines). Your choice to use any third-party service is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Accuracy, Timeliness & Regulatory Changes

Laws, regulations, and bureau procedures change. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is current or free from errors. Always consult primary sources or counsel before acting on important matters. We do not undertake an obligation to update content except as we choose and as resources permit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use the Vault lawfully and ethically; do not submit false information or misuse consumer data.
  • Maintain your own compliance program and record-keeping appropriate to your business and jurisdiction.
  • Follow all applicable laws, including but not limited to FCRA/FACTA, FDCPA, CROA, GLBA, UDAAP, ECOA/Reg B, and TILA/Reg Z, plus state UDAP and privacy laws.
  • Protect login credentials and device security. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Results, Outcomes & Earnings

We make no promises regarding improvements to credit profiles, approvals, revenue, or profits. Any forward-looking statements or examples are aspirational and for illustration only. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your inputs, compliance program, operational execution, and market conditions.

Jurisdictional & Geographic Limits

The Vault is designed primarily for U.S. audiences and frameworks. If you operate outside the United States, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representations that materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All Vault content is owned by Tradeline Authority or its licensors. Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning or internal business training. No resale, republication, scraping, or public posting of paid materials without written permission.

Tradeline Authority and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Vault. In any case, our total liability for claims related to the Vault will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Vault in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
